If you have a twin cam engine 1999-2006 and have more then 20,000 miles on it, you might want to have your Cam Chain Tensioners Inspected. Take a look at these pictures below and see the grooves worn in from wear. These lips on the side of the tensioner can break off and can get clogged into the oil pump passages and burn out your cam bearings if not taken care of.
